For most of my 20's I worked behind a bar in England. That lifestyle mostly involved late nights, way too many beers, questionable life choices, and absolutely zero interest in my health. Unsurprisingly, I wasn't in great shape.
Eventually I got bored of feeling like shit, so I did something about it. I qualified as a personal trainer, moved to Australia with a backpack and not much of a plan, and rebuilt my life. I'm not saying you need to move countries to get in shape (feel free though - I'm not your mum), but it worked for me.
These days I'm up early, training and spending as much time near the beach as possible. I still eat out, still like a beer (or four), still travel and still enjoy myself. The difference is I know how to lose weight without going to extremes, and how to keep it off without constantly "starting again next week".
I've been overweight, frustrated, and convinced I was the problem. Turns out, I wasn't - the advice was.
Now I help people get results in a way that fits real life. Simple, sustainable, and no bullshit.
